Eye health is affected by intestinal function

In order for our eyes to be healthy and visual acuity does not deteriorate, it is necessary to take care of the proper functioning of the intestines. The connection is very simple: if the body is filled with slags, then the food is digested and absorbed incorrectly, the vitamins in the required volume “do not reach” the vessels, which affects our health and, naturally, the state of the eyes. Therefore, it will be very useful to cleanse the body, that is, wash the intestines twice a year.
To remove all toxic products, washing should be done within four weeks according to this scheme:
* 1st week – every day to do a 1.5-liter enema from boiled water, art. spoons of apple cider vinegar, half a lemon juice;
* 2nd week – to do such an enema every other day;
* 3rd week – in two days;
* 4th week – once a week. It is also useful for the eyes to eat foods rich in vitamins A, E, C.
Carrot juice is rich in vitamin A. Drink whenever you want. Even more useful for the eyes, if it is twice a year to take a glass in the morning for a month.
Parsley juice should be drunk a tablespoon with conjunctivitis and cataracts, and by mixing it with carrot juice, it is useful to use it after hard work at the computer: relieves fatigue, restores visual acuity.
Apricots in any form, wild rose strengthens the vessels of the eyes. Pumpkin is rich in carotene, which is very necessary for weak eyes.
