Russians can get kefir and beer for free

Deputies of the State Duma intend to revive the stimulation of citizens to the delivery of empty bottles, which was successfully used during the USSR,
The parliamentarians believe that the time has come to begin the practice of collecting empty bottles, which can be exchanged for new ones with milk, kefir, lemonade or beer, the Moscow agency reports.
According to a member of the State Duma Committee on Labor, Social Policy and Veterans’ Affairs Sergey Vostretsov , this will greatly help to solve the problem of sorting garbage.
Let’s remember this good forgotten Soviet experience when practically at each shop there was a point of reception of glassware, – Vostretsov noted.
How exactly the price of full packaging will be leveled in exchange for an empty one, the deputy did not elaborate, adding that this question requires study.
