The expert urged Russians not to abandon meat with E. coli 

A leading expert in the field of the meat industry, Boris Ryabinkin, said that one should not be afraid of the presence of E. coli in chicken meat, he cites the words HCH.
According to Ryabinkin, in the summer in the largest manufacturing companies there are equipment breakdowns, problems with the temperature level and unprepared workshops. The expert said that in each workshop should be + 12-14 °. In his opinion, if there is no such temperature, the meat becomes warm and E. coli appears in it.
The expert also noted that it is suitable for food, as the hens are heat treated.
Earlier, “Roskontrol” announced a black list of dangerous brands for consumers that sell chicken meat.
